Six West London bathrooms, before and after
The photographs on this page show six bathrooms and cloakrooms that our team renovated. Each one shows its postcode district. We managed every trade in each room: the plumbing, the electrical work, the plastering and the tiling.
How a bathroom renovation works
- We visit the property and you tell us what you want.
- We give you a written, fixed-price quote.
- We agree the start date.
- We strip the room, then do the plumbing and the electrical work, the tiling and the finishes.
- We sign off the work and file the certificates.
- Your 12-month workmanship guarantee starts.
What decides the price
Each bathroom is different, so we price each one after we see it. These are the main things that change the price:
- The layout. If the toilet, the shower or the bath moves, the waste pipes and the water supply move too.
- The tiling. The area that you tile, and the tiles that you choose.
- Underfloor heating. It adds work under the floor before the tiles go down.
- The fittings. The bath, the shower, the taps and the vanity unit that you choose.
A fixed price before we start
The quote is a fixed price for the work in it. If the job turns out harder than we expected, the price stays the same. If you change what you want, we give you a new quote before we do that work.
