What the price includes
The quote is a fixed price for the work in it. If you change what you want, we give you a new quote before we do that work. Parking, ULEZ and congestion charges are added at cost. See our terms and conditions for the full detail.

- Is the quote a fixed price?
- Yes. The price stays the same unless you change what you want. If you do, we quote the change before we do it.
- Do you use subcontractors?
- For some specialist work, yes. Gas work is carried out by self-employed Gas Safe registered engineers, and electrical work by self-employed NICEIC registered electricians, who work with us regularly. We manage every trade, so you have one point of contact.
- Do you work on period and listed buildings?
- Yes. We refurbish period and listed houses and flats.
- Do you handle planning permission and building regulations?
- We help you with them. We do not do planning applications, Building Control or party-wall agreements in-house, but we help you through each one that the work needs. When the work is finished, we file the certificates.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Yes. Our workmanship has a 12-month guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights.
