- We give you a written, fixed price after we visit the property. The price depends on the size of the room and the fittings you choose. The quote is free.
- Is the price fixed?
- Yes. You get a written, fixed price before we start. The price stays the same unless you change what you want. If you do, we quote the change before we do that work.
- Who does the plumbing and electrical work?
- We arrange and manage it, so you have one point of contact. Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Electrical work is carried out by NICEIC registered electricians.
- Can you repair a shower without a full renovation?
- Yes. Our maintenance team repairs showers, taps and seals, at our specialist rate of £120 + VAT for the first hour, which includes an hour's work, then £60 + VAT for each 30 minutes.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Yes. Our workmanship has a 12-month guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights.
