Our plumbers repair leaks, taps, toilets, showers, radiators and boilers in Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham and Mayfair. We charge for time on site at our published specialist rate, and there is no call-out fee.

No call-out fee. The first hour is an hour of work, not a charge for turning up, and after that we bill per half hour. Small items such as sealant, screws and fixings are included. Parts and materials that we buy for your job, such as pipes, valves or taps, are extra and shown on the invoice. Every figure below is plus VAT.

- No. We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and we reply within one working day. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
- Do you fit new bathrooms?
- Yes. Our refurbishment team fits full bathrooms, en-suites and wet rooms, for a fixed price that we agree before we start.
