Our specialist rate, published.

No call-out fee. The first hour is an hour of work, not a charge for turning up, and after that we bill per half hour. Small items such as sealant, screws and fixings are included. Parts and materials that we buy for your job, such as pipes, valves or taps, are extra and shown on the invoice. Every figure below is plus VAT.

A full day — 8 hours for the price of 6: £720 + VAT
The same 8 hours, by the hour: £960 + VAT

For example: the cracks in a room filled, a ceiling repaired and a wall skimmed, in one visit.
